We use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy to unravel the structural dynamics that govern biomolecular interactions. By capturing these processes at atomic resolution, we reveal how conformational flexibility shapes fundamental biological mechanisms such as epigenetic inheritance and antibiotic action. Our goal is to expose dynamic principles that not only advance molecular understanding but also open avenues for therapeutic innovation.
