Use of the automated sample changer at the AVANCE III 499

Only accessible for trained personal, please, observe our handout!
During weekdays you can record 1D (1H) and 2D (H,H COSY, H,C HSQC combined with HMBC) NMR experiments all day. On working days, the robot changer is cleared once in the morning (8:30 am) and once in the afternoon (4:00 pm). During weekends (beginning on Friday 2:00 pm) the instrument operates, but samples cannot be recovered before Monday morning. Every first weekend per month, the instrument is closed for service.

It is not allowed to remove measured samples from the changer!

Samples ready for pick up can be found in the rack labelled "Gemessene Proben". They should be collected by the next working day.
